Luminex has been working very closely with us on improvising and developing the latest advanced power systems. Being at the forefront of power supply drivers, Luminex have assisted in the successful development of our dimming system for our Dio™ LED MR16 product. With the supply of drivers and transformers from Luminex, Revolite is able to provide its clients with a much more efficient and long-lasting energy saving lighting system. In comparison to products such as Fluorescent tubes, CFLs (Compact fluorescent lamps), halogen etc., Revolite products have an immaculate history of saving energy and a proven reliable life span without compromising the characteristics of the LED lights on its quality in luminance or brightness.

Inefficiency of Current Lightings

Lighting contributes up to 20% of the world’s electrical usage. According to a study from International Energy Agency (IEA), a global switch to efficient lighting systems would effectively trim the world’s electricity bill by one-tenth. Based on surveys by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) heavy lighting users such as hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, factories and many more, lighting can form up to 20% of their electrical bill. With the use of available technology, a typical Energy Audit is capable of suggesting a reduction of up to 80% on lighting bills without compromising on lighting quality. This allows heavy lighting users to trim their electrical consumption by up to 16% permanently.
